 I work for a communications company named D.J. Case & Associates.  We
are surveying educators on behalf of a nationwide not-for-profit
education organization and we are looking for ways to distribute the
survey mentioned below to educators. The survey will help us design an
online education portal that educators can use for information on
wildlife, ecology and conservation.

We are seeking input from practicing educators throughout the nation.
Qualified teachers and educators who take the survey will earn a chance
to win a $500 grant that can be used for any classroom materials or
education programs.

Every time you refer a qualified peer, you earn another chance to win
the $500 grant.

There is no advertising involved with this survey, and no personal
contact information will be shared.  Following selection of the grant
winner, all contact information will be discarded.

The deadline for completing the survey is December 31, 2006.

After you have completed the survey, forward this information on to
other teachers you know.  Ask each of them to list your name in the

Each time a qualified teacher enters your name on the survey, you earn
another chance to with the $500 grant for your class or program.
