[Ecoed] Biology standard concepts and skills

Greetings:

We are about to start a department self-study and we would like to compare
what we teach with a standard list of concepts and skills that "every"
biology major should graduate with.  Had such a list been done?  AIBS?
Others?

We planned a survey of our dept. to create such a list of concepts and their
relative importance, but surely someone has done this already.
